Last year sometime, I did a reapportionment for 2010 based on the 2000 census and the mid-2003 estimate of the census bureau, assuming simply that each state's population change during the decade would be three times the change during the first third or so. The results relative to 2000 were:
Alabama -1 (but next in line to keep it) Arizona +1 Calfornia +1 Florida +2 Georgia +1 Illinois -1 Iowa -1 Louisiana -1 Massachusetts -1 Missouri -1 Nevada +1 New York -1 (and next in line to lose another) Ohio -2 Pennsylvania -1 Texas +3 Utah +1
