The president of the World Bank has implied that the governing council of Iraq isn't a recognizable government because it's unelected and it doesn't yet have a constitution -- you know, as opposed to the last regime. An op-ed in the New York Post says:
This is a double standard of such a disgraceful magnitude that the only appropriate adjective is "European."
