I got a kick out of this comment from an OpinionJournal piece on the recall in California of its fairly stiff governor:The success of "Terminator 3" can only help him in any race for governor, says Dan Walters, a columnist for the Sacramento Bee. "The publicity helps him and some say the Terminator plot is tailor-made for his campaign pitch: it's about a good guy who saves the world from a robot." |
