Keith Hennessey thinks the president's refusal to negotiate regarding the "fiscal cliff" is a bluff. Before I could get around to blogging why I disagree, I found that Bryan Preston had already blogged thoughts very similar to mine. Arthur Brooks also thinks Obama could follow through.
