It's been in the news in the last few days that John Kerry has been avoiding Massachusetts taxes by docking his boat in Rhode Island. Is this news? I don't mean this in a "they're all like that" kind of way, or even a "he's like that" kind of way - I mean I could swear I remember this story popping up six years ago when he was running for President. We don't seem to have commented on it, though; a search through our archive of "Kerry boat" just brings up references to the Swift Boat Vets.
I haven't actually been reading the stories, so maybe they mention this; I'm not actually all that interested in the story itself. I'm just a little puzzled to see it again, especially in a year that isn't an election year for him.
