Read thing.
Okay, that might be a bit lazy, even for me. Let me add a little: last Junish, the Supreme Court decided, on a 5-4 vote, that a law requiring that sex-discrimination lawsuits be filed within 180 days of the act of discrimination means what it says. Justice Ginsburg thought it should be construed to mean 180 days after the employee quit her job, and read her dissent from the bench, imploring the Congress to enact her interpretation of the law, rather than do something sensible, such as extending the statute of limitations.
At Volokh, Orin Kerr has been asking whether her behavior has been appropriate, and has followed up in response to comments. So, as I said in the first place, read thing.
